2013 ஆம் வருடத்திற்கான விஷ்ணுபுரம் விருது மூத்த தமிழ்ப் படைப்பாளியான தெளிவத்தை ஜோசப்புக்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இலங்கை மலையகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த எழுத்தாளர் தெளிவத்தை ஜோசப். விஷ்ணுபுரம் விருது தகுதியான கவனம்பெறாத மூத்த தமிழ்படைப்பாளிகளை அங்கீகரிப்பதற்காக அடுத்த தலைமுறை வாசகர்களின் கூட்டமைப்பால் வழங்கப்படுவதாகும்.விஷ்ணுபுரம் இலக்கிய வட்டம் இவ்விருதை அளிக்கிறது. இதுவரை ஆ.மாதவன் [2010] பூமணி [2011] தேவதேவன் [2012] ஆகியோருக்கு இவ்விருது அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது தெளிவத்தை ஜோசப்பின் இயற்பெயர் சந்தனசாமி ஜோசப். பெப்ரவரி 16, 1934 இலங்கை தோட்டம் ஒன்றில் பிறந்தவர்.கொழும்பு
